Treat Boxes
Well it might have helped if I had actually posted the pictures of my treat boxes ... Oops... Coming right up...

Hi all, well it's been an eventful few days and I have had ups and downs. Leah became 25... Can't imagine how I my baby has suddenly become a quarter of a century...makes me feel ancient.
My Mum has been taken ill with a bladder infection ( if any of your parents or friends get this, don't panic as they seem to become a whole different person) and has been taken into hospital to be given intravenous antibiotics...poor thing!
As Leah and I were trying to lift her I have somehow managed to damage my back and yesterday I went through a pain filled day at work. Today I can hardly move at all and have had to lie in bed 😞
Luckily I had a wee hour or two in The Hobby Hut on Monday and made some treat boxes, hope you like them...I am also posting some of my cards made for Xmas....just to cheer me up you understand..hehe.

Best spa I have EVER been in!
We came here to Tunisia on holiday for a pre Christmas rest and on day 1 went to see around the spa...well, I have been in many spas in many hotels and this is the best ( and biggest )one I have ever been in. It was amazing!
On day 2 ( Tuesday ) I had the rosemary body wrap in a water bed, in a bath.....incredible experience, soooooo relaxing. Then I had a back and shoulder massage with massage purses....another new experience. In between having each treatment they took me to the chill out area for a cup of relaxing tea......sensational. I can't think of enough superlatives for this place...would defo do it again ( maybe I will before I come home...will keep you posted)

No card making here, just thinking ahead to Valentines day!

Day 1. December 5th 2013
Hi all, today I am dipping my toe in the blogging water....scary.
I woke up to rain and gales...pretty much sums up my state of mind right now too!
Yesterday my wee 78 yr old Mum had a fall and gave us all a bad fright...not least herself. She tripped over a cushion, hit the wall and bounced off the opposite wall. Luckily she only ended up with cuts and bruises but with her steroid use, her skin is so thin and fragile that all they could do was steristrip her back together. She looks as though she has gone 10 rounds with Muhammed Ali.
She is staying with me for a few days to recover...now I feel like the Mum and she is the child!
Anyway, I am grateful I still have her to look after and counting my many blessings.
On a happier note I took delivery of a new alphabet die today , looking forward to trying it out later. Will do my best to get out to the Hobby Hut today .
